Simple Skip Solution For Your Portable Turntable

Here’s a quick and simple way to prevent minor skippage on your Numark PT-01 or Vestax Handytrax.

• Use weighted plate that comes with your turntable cartridge. Mine came from Shure M44-7.
• Apply double sided sticky tape to weighted plate.
• Mount plate in the gap between cartridge and top of headshell.

It’s a subtle way of adding some weight to your headshell without using a coin or paperclip.
